If you require replacement parts, you can be assured of good quality replacement parts, as we will only use high quality, tested parts.  This provides you with a better long term investment as the equipment used has a proven track record of providing reliable service.

Minor repairs to complete system replacements can be undertaken, and in certain cases can even offer a loan system where you rely upon your IT systems.

Depending on the problem, we will either repair your system on-site, or in some cases will take it away for repair - normally we will be able to return your system fully working within 48 hours - subject to availability of parts.

We repair the majority of Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, Brother, OKI, Epson & Kyocera printers.

Also, we can supply the spare parts and maintenance kits for printers - All we need is the brand & part number of the item.

All repairs are done under a NO FIX - NO FEE policy and carry an unconditional satisfaction guarantee.  If the problem is not fixed, you don't pay anything.
